Very very rude arrogant waiter named Alex! I loved visiting this ice cream parlor for years as a family, now I advise everyone against and I will also complain to the management. When asked for his name, he wasn't even ready to give his name! Simply outrageous, especially when you come to this ice cream parlor from far away.

Ice cream was ok, unfortunately only the waitress who wasn't so attentive. Is something if you have to point out 5 times that you want to pay. There is still a lot of space upstairs ..

Very friendly, very tasty

The waiter was rude, the ice cream was okay. What really bothered me was that there was a note on the ice card where you should register for Corona. There were all the names that were there in front of us (data protection ???), it was not checked whether we had even registered and then the card with note and pen without disinfection or the note was simply taken to the next guest. If you don't have a corona, you can get it here.

The ice cream quality is very good, the friendliness of the service leaves something to be desired. No attention is paid to data protection when recording names. But at least now I know who else ate there.

The ice cream and their selection are good. Some employees tend to give the impression that they are not in the mood for the job, but as a guest you feel 'not wanted'.

The service came quickly. The sundae tasted like what was poured over it. The ice cream itself had little flavor.

San Remo Lünen is a very good ice cream cafe. The presentation of the sundae is phenomenal. Especially the one with the big cups. I can say that I have tried all types up to the royal bowl which is sufficient for several people.

The staff is not very friendly. There was long hair in the sundae (strawberry mug). When we asked the waitress about it, he didn't even turn around and said it was straw. Straw also has no place in the ice. When we pulled the hair out, he looked stupid. The taste is good.

The ice cream is great and everything runs smoothly and quickly even when the store is full. The one-star deduction is due to the fact that one or the other employee can not hide the stress quite as well and seems a bit unfriendly and because the ice cream portions have become smaller and the price has increased. But that's whining at a higher level. Good 4 stars!

The best variety of Ice creams in this region, no other shop comes even close. All kinds of fruity of nutty flavours are available. If you want to fulfil your sweet cravings, go nowhere else. They have a great variety to choose from and not just their presentation is great, the ice creams taste really well. Ice Cream infused with fresh fruit... well... what more could one ask for? ? When you come here, come with an empty stomach ?

when owner is there ice is really Good and with bigger portions if he is not present at the shop the workers are working not good
